1. Who sells the voucher

2. The voucher

The gift voucher has a value in Swiss francs, from CHF 50 to CHF 1000, and is used for a tattoo at Mantis Tattoo Studio in Lugano. Each voucher has a unique code (MANTIS-XXXX-XXXX). The voucher is transferable: whoever holds the code can use it, even if they are not the person named on the voucher. Keep the code safe, like cash.

3. Price, payment and invoice

The price of the voucher equals its value, in CHF. The studio is not registered for VAT: the price includes no VAT. You pay online through Stripe by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or TWINT. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed: only then is the voucher issued. You receive by email the purchase confirmation, a copy of the voucher and the invoice.

4. Delivery

When you buy, you choose whether to:

• send it by email to the recipient, right after payment or on a date of your choice (up to 3 months ahead);
• receive it yourself by email, to print or hand over as you like.

If the voucher hasn't arrived within a day of the planned date, check the spam folder and then write to us: we'll send it again. Before it is sent, you can ask us to change the recipient, email, message or date (the new date must stay within 3 months of purchase).

5. Validity

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; the expiry date is shown on the voucher. After it expires, it can no longer be used or refunded.

6. How to use it

• To use it, book an appointment by contacting the studio by email at info@giovanniderose.com or by phone on +41 76 452 26 11. When you come to the studio, bring the voucher (printed or on your phone) or the code.
• The voucher is used once and in full, on a tattoo (or several pieces in the same session) of equal or higher value. The difference is paid at the studio.
• The voucher gives no right to change in cash or to a remaining balance.
• Several vouchers can be used for the same piece: the piece must then be worth at least the total of the vouchers.
• The voucher can't be combined with other discounts or promotions, including the newsletter discount.
• We only tattoo adults: the voucher can be given to a minor, who can use it from the age of 18, before it expires.
• As with any tattoo, Giovanni may decline a piece he doesn't consider safe or feasible (for example for health reasons). In that case we'll find another solution together.

7. Refund within 14 days

The person who bought the voucher can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason, within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used. Just write to info@giovanniderose.com or on WhatsApp with the code. The refund is made to the same payment method within 14 days of the request (the credit may take a few more days depending on the bank). From then on the code is no longer valid; if the voucher has already been sent to someone else, it is up to the buyer to let them know.

After 14 days the voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. If the studio could no longer do tattoos (for example if it closed), we will refund valid vouchers that have not been used.

8. Loss and use by others

If you lose the voucher, we can send it again to the email of the person who bought it or of the person who received it. We are not responsible for the voucher being used by someone who got the code from you or from the recipient.

9. Payment disputes

If a payment is disputed with the bank or card issuer, the voucher is suspended until the dispute is closed. If the payment is reversed, the voucher is no longer valid.

10. Personal data

How we handle the data of the person who buys the voucher and of the recipient is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain reserved, in particular the consumer's right to bring proceedings at their place of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Each voucher is governed by the terms in force on the date of purchase.
